Jenna Abbot

Executive Director

Jennifer (Jenna) Abbott is no stranger to the blood, sweat and tears of business development.  A 30-year career encompassing both private and public sector companies as well as an 11-year stint as an entrepreneur forged both a strong work ethic and a love of seeing small business succeed. When the Mack Road Partnership went looking for a strong executive leader, they knew they’d found their perfect background, skill set and personality.

Since joining the MRP, Jenna has used her combined nonprofit know-how and private sector experience to formulate and deliver valuable enhanced services to the business community. The formation of a Foundation to deliver charitable works led to the implementation of the largest day of community service, known as ReIMAGINE Mack Road, ever undertaken in Sacramento. Other projects and programs such as Sacramento Summer Night Lights, small business workshops and a tight collaboration with law enforcement have enriched and bettered the Mack Road and Valley Hi area.   With her leadership, local businesses and the neighborhoods in which they operate are afforded every opportunity for success

Her skill set and personal passion for business development and community building make her a perfect fit for the role as Programs and Marketing Manager. In her spare time, Erica is an avid fitness enthusiast and Pilates Instructor at Instaphysique. Erica and the rest of the MRP team are dedicated to bringing the Mack Road community not only business and job growth, but continued health, food access and a sustainable environment so that our community can grow and thrive together for generations to come.

Keaton was born and raised in Elk Grove, attending Sheldon High School and Cosumes River College. After completing his AA studies there, Keaton transferred to University California Santa Cruz to study politics and history where he was lucky enough to meet his amazing wife, Candice.
